I booked a room with a big bed, a safe, multi-channel TV, and a microwave oven. The folks were accommodating. Location: the hotel was close to the Tiger Cave and Thailand and many good bars and restaurant. Moreover, it was about 15 mins walk from Klong Muang Beach.

The staff are pleasant and the room was beautifully maintained and brand-new with balcony. It offers perfect services. The atmosphere of the hotel is special.

We booked suite for 3 nights and had a really nice stay. There were climate control, an individual safe, and a flat-screen TV in our room.

Had a lovely stay for 8 nights, glad I've chosen it. My room was well-maintained and complete with aircon, amazing views and excellent internet connection. Everything was great, even so a few employees were inexperienced. Also, location was fantastic, a 10-15 minute walk from Masjid. There was a small restaurant for lunch or dinner in the hotel.

Also, location was marvellous and incredible, not too far from Koh Kwang Beach.

That was COMFORTABLE hotel set in nice quiet area, just off many good bars and restaurant, Tub Kaek beach which has a scenic view during sunset and the Dragon Crest trek and the night markets. The room I booked was brand-new and huge with the balcony, a large balcony with sun beds. All of the staff was incredibly nice and friendly.

Facilities were comfortable, even so Wi-Fi signal was not very good.

Private pool & long pool with space. Kiosk across street. Complimentary water in room. Plenty of restaurant choices nearby. Breakfast buffet could use more Western options, but can order omelet. 2 bedroom unit spacious for 5. Travelled in group of 5 girlfriends, free upgrade to best apartment. Amazing experience, fantastic food, people, & accommodation. Nice staff, helpful. Location away from Ao Nang, quiet. Eating options nearby. Good massage places & mini marts in walking distance. Excellent pool. Airport pick up on time. Clean & spacious apartments. Comfortable beds. Directly across from beach. Breakfast had hot & cold food, fresh fruit.

It was in a secluded setting on the beach. The personnel was polite and pleasant.

We loved our stay at this hotel. The location opposite the beach was perfect for enjoying the beautiful sand and playing in the water. The staff were friendly and welcoming, ensuring our comfort throughout our stay. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious and offered a variety of options.

Can't fault anything about it.

We stayed at The Pelican for a week and were pleasantly surprised. The airport pick-up was a nice touch, and we ended up with two suites instead of one, which worked well for our family. The pool was quiet and relaxing, and the breakfast offered a good selection until 11am. The beach was just a short walk away, with great bars and boat trips readily available. The staff had a 5-star attitude and went out of their way to help us. Housekeeping was better than expected, and the upgrade to the private pool room was a lovely surprise.

Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The location was perfect, just steps away from a beautiful beach and surrounded by a variety of delicious restaurants that offered breathtaking sunset views. The staff here went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. They may have had limited English, but their attitude and dedication to their guests were truly 5-star. Special thanks to the executive housekeeper who helped us with a toilet problem and provided exceptional service. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, with a mini-kitchen and separate living area. The housekeeping was outstanding, with the only small issue being the infrequent changing of pool towels.

We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxury stay.

I had an amazing stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, as it was just across the street from a beautiful beach and there were plenty of restaurants nearby. The staff at this place were exceptional and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed, including a balcony and a sitting area. I also appreciated the free Wi-Fi in the rooms, as it allowed me to stay connected during my stay. The hotel had a lovely outdoor swimming pool and a sun terrace where I could relax and soak up the sun. the location, service, and amenities of this hotel exceeded my expectations.

The walls between rooms can be thin, which may result in some noise from neighboring guests.
